Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile and customer base including key managers/personnel as well as SAM/ TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS. Responsible for the sales budget. May evaluate, guide, direct, support and motivate teams to achieve company goals and expectations. Demonstrates knowledge of the competitors, strengths and weaknesses and of the organizations entire product line. Understands the customers, applications to the block diagram level. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results. Global coordination with our CM's to ensure the monitoring of our forecast, backlog and all related business issues. BS/BEE + 8+ years of experience required. Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
